A Support option is available for Predator Professional Edition:

You may decide to purchase a one-year support option when buying the software.
Requests are answered by email from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM UTC.
For any question regarding the behavior of the software on your computer, please attach a screenshot of the "About Predator" window and mention your Windows version.
