FAQ: If you have not received your license after purchasing the software

A short time after your purchase, PayPal notifies your payment to our server, which sends a confirmation message to the email address registered in your order. This message contains your license file.

You may not receive it if your mailbox is full, if your email server is down, or if your spam filter marks it mistakenly as junk mail.

If you did not receive your license after one hour, check your Spam folder to be sure it didn't accidentally get delivered there.

If you don't find it there: Contact Support providing an alternate email address and a phone number, and we'll forward you a copy of your purchase confirmation message.
